Season’s Four #165
This was a fun project. This condo has not really been touched since 1974! We replaced all the flooring, painted, took off old wood paneling, redid the fireplace, changed all furnishings and decor, refaced the kitchen cabinets, added quartz countertops, new shower, vanities, new appliances, etc… Since updated, the condo now rents out for $600-$900 a night in the winter and $300-$500 summer.
