Consultation service where I go through the entire property to see what is lacking, offer advice on what to stock, what furniture or decor needs to change, options on where to buy and an inspiration board for you to keep. Once your property is done to your satisfaction, I will include professional photos to add to your nightly rental listings and social media.
Package Two
Consultation service includes everything from Package One. This package also includes my design services, ordering of new items and shipping everything to Mammoth as well as setup. You will get furniture and decor placement, staging, professional photos and a virtual tour of your property.
Package Three
Consultation service includes everything from Package One and Two. This package also includes design and remodel services. Our trusted local contacts can offer new flooring, paint and drywall, countertops, tiling and more in a timely manner to get your nightly rental back up and running as quickly as possible. Once complete, this package also includes professional photos and virtual tour of your new and improved condo.

Package 1 cost: $300
Package 2
Package 2 cost: $750 plus the cost of furnishings and decor
Package 3
Package 3 cost: $1,500 plus the cost of the remodel, furnishings and decor
