This was our first condo we ever purchased. It was cute but needed a lot of updating. We gradually did everything in the condo from brand new cabinets, floors, countertops, wood tiled shower, added a washer and dryer, painted and all new furnishings. I feel like this one is my baby since it was our first. It has a cute boho mountain vibe that people love. This one tends to rent for $250-$400 a night in the winter and $200-$350 in the summer.
