This condo is dated but the owner does not want to spend a lot of money on it so we updated and included nice new decor with a very small budget. This included new bedding, pillows, new coffee table, new dining table and chairs, some artwork and a little bit of painting. Since making some simple changes, her bookings increased substantially and she now rents for much higher per night than she was.
