The owner requested me to enhance the condo's appearance and incorporate decor within a constrained budget. Although the condo had undergone renovations, it lacked character. With a budget of $2,000, we introduced stylish decor, bedding, furniture, and artwork, transforming the condo into an appealing space. As a result, it is now attracting more renters than ever before.
